The mandrel features a 0.125-inch pilot diameter with a 1-inch pilot length, accepting standard cartridge rolls onto the tapered or straight pilot for secure holding during grinding, blending, and deburring operations. The 0.25-inch shank diameter and 1.25-inch shank length allow direct chuck mounting in air-powered or electric rotary tools. Overall length is 2.75 inches. The shank is constructed from steel for rigidity under load.
