The STANDARD ABRASIVES 7000046742 is a 2-inch non-woven aluminum oxide quick-change disc designed for surface conditioning, light deburring, and finishing work on metal and similar substrates. The disc attaches via a Type S (SocAtt) button system, allowing fast one-handed disc changes without additional hardware. Rated at 12,000 RPM maximum, it is built for use on right-angle die grinders and other compatible rotary tools. The medium grade non-woven construction delivers consistent surface finish without aggressive material removal, making it well-suited for blending welds, removing light oxidation, and prepping surfaces before coating or inspection.
