Product Description

Square D LGL36000S40X is a PowerPacT L-Frame automatic switch designed for use as a disconnect device. It can be utilized to open and close a circuit under normal operating conditions. The construction is similar to the L-Frame circuit breaker series, with compatible accessories and connection points. Each switch has a factory set, nonadjustable trip point calibrated for the molded case switch. It can handle its rated current and must have upstream protection when faced with overload or short circuit conditions. The switch is available in various configurations, including unit mount and plug-in options, and features lugs on both the line and load sides. This model supports short circuit withstand ratings up to eighteen kiloamperes at six hundred volts AC.
