The SPI 34-359-0 is a double-end plug thread gage used to verify internal thread quality on 6-32 threaded holes. One end carries the Go member and the other carries the No Go member, allowing a technician to confirm both the minimum and maximum thread tolerance in a single tool. Built to Class 2B tolerance standards and traceable to NIST, this gage is suited for quality-control work in production, maintenance, and inspection environments. A handle is included. The steel construction provides the dimensional stability required for repeatable measurement results.
This gage is used wherever 6-32 internal threads must be verified against Class 2B tolerance specifications. Typical applications include incoming inspection of machined or tapped components, in-process thread verification on production lines, and MRO quality checks. It is appropriate for machine shops, manufacturing facilities, aerospace and electronics assembly operations, and any inspection environment where traceable thread verification is required. Both Go and No Go ends are provided on a single handle, eliminating the need for two separate gages.

Thread gages are inspection instruments and are not installed in a system. Handle the gage with clean, dry hands or cotton gloves to prevent corrosion from skin oils. Store in a protective case away from other tooling to prevent contact damage to the gage members. Periodically verify calibration status against the included NIST-traceable certification documentation to maintain compliance with quality-system requirements.
