The SPI 34-234-5 is a single-end No Go plug thread gage designed to verify internal thread rejection limits on 8-32 unified threads to the 6H tolerance class. Made from steel, this gage checks whether a tapped hole has been cut beyond the acceptable thread tolerance — if the No Go member enters the threaded bore, the part fails inspection. It is used in precision machining, quality control, and assembly environments where threaded fastener fit must be verified to ANSI and NIST standards. A size 0 handle is required for use but is not included with this gage. Traceability certification to NIST is included.
