Spears 460-020G is a molded PVC adapter designed to join a 2-inch nominal insert to a spigot per Schedule 40 dimensions. The fitting is 3-1/2 in long and provides an insert x spigot connection suitable for use with polyethylene pipe. It includes a twist-lock insert adapter with built-in clamping and supports clamp-free spiral barb irrigation hose inserts. The fitting meets ASTM D1784, ASTM D2239, ASTM D2609 and is NSF approved.
