Spears 449-005 is a 1/2-inch Schedule 40 PVC spigot plug designed to cap or seal 1/2-inch Schedule 40 PVC spigot ends. The molded PVC plug conforms to ASTM D1784 and ASTM D2466 and is NSF approved for potable water applications. It has a standard profile spigot end, a length of 7/8 inch, and a maximum temperature rating of 140 F (60 C).
