The SOVAL 1020-100 Check Valve features a precision-molded disc with an integral O-ring sealing surface. This design helps reduce water hammer and slamming, resulting in smooth operation. The valve is constructed with alloy steel and nylon reinforcement in the hinge area for durability. It has a threaded port with a pipe plug for easy installation of a backflow actuator. This valve meets AWWA C-508 standards and adheres to ANSI B16.1 Class 125 flange requirements.
