The SOUTHWIRE C5SSCG is a 1-1/2 inch EMT and rigid metal conduit combination, C-type conduit body supplied with a cover and gasket. Manufactured from naturally corrosion-resistant aluminum, this conduit body features a straight-through configuration that provides the easiest access point for pulling conductors and making splices. Smooth, rounded integral bushings protect conductor insulation at the hubs. The domed cover adds internal volume for wiring, and the included gasket supports a NEMA FB 1 rating for wet location use. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors install this fitting in commercial and industrial conduit runs.
