Southbend 1190485 Star Burner Assembly Cafe Series

Product Description

The SOUTHBEND 1190485 is a genuine OEM star burner assembly designed for Southbend commercial ranges in the Cafe series. This burner assembly delivers the open-flame output required in heavy-duty foodservice cooking equipment, serving as a direct replacement for the original component. The assembly matches factory fit, form, and function, making it the correct choice when the existing burner shows signs of damage, uneven flame pattern, or deteriorated performance. Licensed commercial kitchen technicians and authorized service agents typically handle this replacement on Southbend gas range equipment.

This star burner assembly is intended for commercial foodservice environments where Southbend Cafe series ranges are in operation. Typical install scenarios include restaurant kitchens, institutional cooking facilities, and other high-volume cooking operations running Southbend heavy-duty gas ranges. Because this is a genuine OEM part, it installs in the same position and with the same configuration as the factory-original burner assembly, reducing diagnostic time during service calls.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a qualified commercial kitchen equipment technician or licensed gas appliance service professional.
