Smead SMD10330CT Manila Top-tab Folders 1/3-cut Box 100

Product Description

The SMEAD SMD10330CT is a manila top-tab file folder built for everyday document organization in office, medical, legal, and archival filing environments. Constructed from 11-point manila stock, each folder provides a reliable, rigid structure that holds up under repeated handling. Tabs are cut at the 1/3 position and stand 0.5 inches high, giving enough surface area for clear, legible labels. Each folder is scored for 0.75-inch expansion to handle thicker document stacks without splitting or warping at the spine. Rounded corners on both the front and back panels reduce tearing and dog-earing over the life of the folder. Sold in a carton of 5 boxes, with 100 folders per box, for a total of 500 folders per carton.

These folders are suited for standard letter-size filing in vertical or lateral file cabinets, open-shelf filing systems, and archive storage boxes. The 1/3-cut tab pattern allows sequential positioning across adjacent folders so full drawer or shelf labels remain visible at a glance. The 0.75-inch expansion scoring makes them a practical choice for case files, client records, invoices, and other document sets that grow over time. Office administrators, records managers, and filing clerks are the primary installers and users of this product.

No tools are required to set up these folders. Insert documents with the tab edge facing up and toward the user for standard vertical or lateral cabinet use. When using expansion scoring, crease the score line firmly before loading documents to ensure the folder sits flat in the drawer. Label tabs before filing to maintain a consistent, searchable system.
