The SKF 3202 A-2RS1TN9 is a double-row angular contact ball bearing designed to handle combined radial and axial loads in a compact envelope. It features a 30-degree contact angle, which allows it to carry significant thrust loads in both directions while maintaining radial capacity. The bore measures 15 mm, the outside diameter is 35 mm, and the overall width is 15.9 mm. Two integrated rubber seals keep lubricant in and contaminants out, eliminating the need for external shielding in most installations. Licensed mechanical technicians and millwrights typically install this bearing in light industrial and trade equipment applications.
This bearing is suited for rotating-shaft assemblies where axial loading occurs alongside radial loading. Common applications include small electric motor shafts, pump impeller assemblies, conveyor rollers, and similar rotating equipment found in HVAC, plumbing, and light industrial service environments. Its double-row configuration provides greater axial stiffness than a single-row design, making it a practical choice when shaft rigidity and load distribution matter in a confined space. The without-flange configuration allows straight bore housing fits.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement for double-row angular contact ball bearings in the 3202 A series with a 15 mm bore, 35 mm outside diameter, and 15.9 mm width in sealed double-row configurations.
Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic or millwright with shaft and housing properly cleaned and measured before pressing the bearing into place. Always apply press force to the correct bearing ring - pressing through the rolling elements will damage the raceways. Power down and de-energize all equipment before removing or installing the bearing. Verify shaft and housing tolerances against the bearing series specification before final assembly.
