The SIGNAMAX INC. C6AS-328YE-7FB is a Cat 6A F/UTP patch cable constructed with 28 AWG conductors and finished in yellow. F/UTP construction pairs an overall foil shield with unshielded twisted pairs, providing improved alien crosstalk rejection compared to unshielded alternatives. At 28 AWG, the cable is thinner and more flexible than standard 23 AWG Cat 6A cabling, making it well suited for high-density patching environments where cable management and bend radius are limiting factors. This cable is installed by network technicians, structured cabling contractors, and data center professionals in both commercial and enterprise settings.
This patch cable is appropriate for use in data centers, server rooms, telecommunications rooms, and any high-density patch field requiring Cat 6A performance. The yellow jacket aids in visual color-coding of network infrastructure, supporting organized cable management practices. Its flexible 28 AWG build is especially practical in rack-mounted patch panels and switch connections where space between ports is limited.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard patch cable for Cat 6A-rated patch panels, keystone jacks, and RJ45 switch ports in structured cabling systems meeting TIA-568-C.2-1 or ISO/IEC 11801 Cat 6A specifications.
Installation is performed by qualified network or structured cabling technicians. Power down or place connected network equipment in a maintenance state before servicing active patch fields where practical. Observe minimum bend radius requirements appropriate to the cable diameter to avoid degrading signal performance. Follow TIA-568 standards for patch cord length limits within the overall channel length budget.
