The SHAVIV 155-00182 is a 12-piece hand deburring tool set built for removing burrs from hole edges and straight edges on metal, plastic, and composite workpieces. The set is centered on the E100S cobalt blade, a high-durability blade type suited for demanding deburring tasks in fabrication, machining, and mechanical assembly environments. The included Holder E and Mango II handle provide a secure, ergonomic grip during hand deburring operations. Cobalt construction gives the blades extended edge life compared to standard high-speed steel. This set is used by machinists, pipefitters, maintenance technicians, and general trade professionals who require clean, safe edges after cutting or drilling.
This set is appropriate for both production and field use wherever hole chamfering and straight-edge deburring are required. The E100S blades are designed for use on hole edges and straight edges, making the set versatile across common workpiece geometries. The set includes a hole chamfering blade, expanding its utility beyond standard flat deburring. The interchangeable blade system allows blades to be swapped without replacing the handle, reducing tooling cost over time. Typical applications include deburring drilled holes in sheet metal, pipe ends, structural profiles, and machined components.
Designed for use with Holder E and the Mango II handle included in this set. Blades are Type E and are compatible with surfaces including hole edges and straight edges. Blade interchangeability is supported within the Type E system.
Hand deburring tools require no power source and are installed by hand. Before deburring any workpiece that is part of a pressurized, energized, or rotating system, ensure the system is fully de-energized, depressurized, and locked out per applicable OSHA lockout/tagout procedures. When swapping blades, use the appropriate blade-change tool or follow the manufacturer's blade removal procedure to avoid contact with sharp edges. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling loose blades.
