The SHARKBITE UR4008 Max polybutylene adapter is designed for transitioning between polybutylene pipe and PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT, or SDR-9 HDPE pipe. This 1/2" x 1/2" coupling features color-coordinated collars for easy identification and compatibility. It requires no special tools, crimping, soldering, or glue for installation, making it suitable for plumbing and heating applications.
