The SHARKBITE ur370 is a 3/4-inch push-to-connect brass tee fitting designed for joining PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT, or HDPE SDR-9 pipe without soldering, crimping, gluing, or special tools. The fitting features a high-performance DZR lead-free brass body and a stainless steel retainer for added strength. It is rated to 200 degrees F and 250 psi, making it suitable for a wide range of residential and light commercial plumbing applications. The push-to-connect mechanism allows installation on wet, pressurized lines and can be pressure tested immediately after connection. Licensed plumbers and service technicians are the primary installers.

This fitting is used in residential and commercial plumbing systems where a 3/4-inch tee connection is required on PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT, or HDPE SDR-9 pipe. It is well suited for tight spaces, repairs requiring a temporary fix, and situations where a permanent installation is needed. Installation Notes

Installation is performed by licensed plumbers or qualified service technicians in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and ASTM standards. Shut off the water supply and relieve system pressure before cutting into any existing line. Pipe ends must be cut cleanly and squarely and deburred before insertion into the fitting. When removing the fitting, use only a compatible disconnect clip, disconnect tongs, or pro disconnect tool to avoid damaging the fitting or pipe.
