Product Description

The SharkBite UR140A is a Max push-to-connect male adapter that connects 1 in CTS/PTC pipe to 1 in MNPT threads. It uses a DZR lead-free brass body with a stainless steel retainer and a specially formulated O-ring to form a watertight seal. Compatible with PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT and HDPE SDR-9, the fitting installs on wet lines, is removable with disconnect tools, and is rated to 200 F and 400 psi for heating and plumbing applications. Insertion depth is 1-5/16 in and the fitting can be rotated after installation.
