Product Description

SharkBite UAB068LFA is a brass expansion adapter that transitions 1/2 in. PEX-A pipe to a 3/4 in. FNPT female threaded connection. The fitting requires a PEX expansion tool and expansion ring to form a full-flow, solder-free joint compatible with radiant heating systems, domestic hot and cold water lines, and burial installations. It is for use with PEX-A only and meets ASTM F-1960 and ASTM F-877 standards. Rated from 33 F to 160 F with pressure ratings of 160 psi at 33 F and 73 psi at 160 F.
