Product Description

The SHARKBITE CASH ACME U3068FLEX18BVLF is a stainless steel braided water heater connector with an integrated ball valve, designed for residential and light commercial water heater installations. The connector measures 18 inches in length with a 1/2 inch SharkBite push-fit inlet and a 3/4 inch female iron pipe (FIP) outlet. It is constructed of DZR brass internals and a stainless steel braided outer jacket and is rated to 200 PSI and 200 degrees F. The push-fit end accepts copper tubing, CPVC, and PEX, with an integral tube liner included for PEX and CPVC applications. Licensed plumbers install this connector during water heater replacement or new installation work.

This connector is suited for potable and hydronic water distribution systems in residential and commercial settings. The integrated ball valve allows for service shutoff at the water heater without requiring a separate stop valve upstream. Installation Notes
