The SGS 91235 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. With a 1/4 inch mill diameter, 0.01 inch corner radius, and TiB2 (Ti-NAMITE-B) coating, this tool delivers consistent edge protection and extended tool life in aluminum, brass, copper, and similar workpiece materials. The 2-flute, right-hand spiral configuration promotes efficient chip evacuation, and the high helix angle at 45 degrees supports aggressive cutting in softer materials. It mounts in standard end mill toolholders via a straight cylindrical shank. Installation and operation are handled by machinists and CNC programmers in production and job shop environments.

The SGS 91235 is intended for short-reach roughing operations on non-ferrous metals.
