The SGS 77327 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding shop environments. Built on the Series 77 platform, it features a 1-inch cutting diameter, a 4-inch length of cut, and a 7-inch overall length. The 7-flute geometry combined with a variable helix angle of 37 degrees reduces harmonic vibration and improves chip evacuation at higher feed rates. A TiN coating adds surface hardness and lubricity, extending tool life in abrasive materials. Micrograin carbide construction provides the toughness needed for interrupted cuts and aggressive material removal. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers in production and job shop settings.

The SGS 77327 is suited for milling a broad range of workpiece materials, including hardened steels, cast irons, stainless steels, non-ferrous alloys, and high-temperature alloys, consistent with primary material codes H, K, M, N, P, and S. Installation Notes
