The SGS 77235 is a solid carbide square end mill engineered for demanding material removal in ferrous and non-ferrous applications. Built on the SGS Series 77 platform, it features a variable helix geometry and a chipbreaker design that work together to reduce vibration, improve chip evacuation, and extend tool life in difficult-to-machine materials. The 0.625 inch cutter diameter is paired with a 2.5 inch length of cut and a 4.5 inch overall length, making it well suited for deep-cavity profiling and slotting operations. The TiN coating adds surface hardness and reduces friction at the cutting edge. Material grade is micrograin carbide throughout.

This end mill is designed for machining across a broad range of workpiece materials, including hardened steels, cast irons, stainless steels, non-ferrous alloys, plastics, and superalloys, corresponding to ISO material groups H, K, M, N, P, and S.
