The SGS 77167 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance finishing operations in demanding machining environments. It features a 3/8-inch mill diameter, a 0.015-inch corner radius, and 7 helical flutes configured in a close-pitch, right-hand cutting and flute direction. The TiN coating reduces friction and extends tool life during aggressive passes. At 3.5 inches overall length with a 1.5-inch length of cut, this is a long-series tool suited for reaching deeper features without sacrificing rigidity. It is installed by machinists and CNC programmers working in job shops, tool rooms, and production environments.

This end mill is engineered for finishing cuts in ferrous and difficult-to-machine materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium. It is also rated for secondary use in hard materials. The Series 77C geometry, high helix style, variable index, and micrograin carbide substrate make it well suited for reducing chatter and achieving tight surface finishes on complex part features.
