The AlTiN finish, applied through SGS's proprietary Ti-NAMITE-A process, provides heat resistance and extended tool life in dry or minimum-quantity lubrication cutting environments. With an overall length of 79.00 mm (3.1102 inches) and a flute length of 34.00 mm, this short-length geometry offers rigidity and reduced runout in close-tolerance drilling operations. Machinists, tooling specialists, and CNC operators use this bit for precision work in alloy steels and titanium.
The SGS 63213 is suited for screw machine, CNC lathe, and machining center applications where stub-length rigidity is required.
