The SGS 57137 is a solid carbide jobber length drill bit designed for precision drilling in hard and abrasive materials. It measures 9/64 inch (0.1406 inch) in diameter with a 2.5 inch overall length and features an AlTiN (Ti-NAMITE-A) coating that improves heat resistance and extends tool life in high-speed applications. The four facet point geometry at 118 degrees reduces thrust and improves centering accuracy. A web-thinned, tapered web configuration reduces cutting resistance.
