The SGS 46884 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for material removal in demanding metal-cutting applications. It features a 6 mm cutting diameter, a 1.5 mm corner radius, and 4 flutes with a variable helix geometry that reduces harmonic chatter during both roughing and finishing passes. The micrograin carbide substrate is finished with a TiN coating to extend edge life and resist heat buildup. It is configured as a single-end, right-hand cutting, straight-shank tool sized to fit standard end mill toolholders.
