The SGS 46882 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in ferrous and difficult-to-machine materials. Built to the Z-Carb-AP Series ZPMC standard, it features a 6 mm cutting diameter, a 0.25 mm corner radius, and 4 flutes with a variable helix geometry that reduces chatter and improves chip evacuation. The TiN coating adds surface hardness and wear resistance to extend tool life in demanding applications. At 57 mm overall length with a 6 mm straight-cylindrical shank, this single-end tool fits standard end mill holders and suits both roughing and finishing operations in one setup.

This end mill is rated for primary use in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium, as well as secondary applications in hard materials. Installation Notes
