The SGS 46850 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. Built to the Series ZPMC standard, this single-end tool features a 2 mm mill diameter, 6 mm length of cut, and a 0.2 mm corner radius that helps reduce stress concentrations at the tool tip and extend edge life. The micrograin carbide substrate and TX coating deliver heat resistance and wear resistance when cutting steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium. Variable helix geometry reduces chatter and improves chip evacuation.
