The SGS 46359 is a 4-flute, solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in a wide range of metallic workpiece materials. With a 5 mm cutting diameter and a 13 mm length of cut, this end mill handles slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous applications. The AlTiN coating provides elevated heat resistance and hardness at the cutting edge, extending tool life in demanding conditions. Installation Notes

Installation and tool changes should be performed by a qualified machinist with the spindle fully stopped and the machine in a locked-out, de-energized state. Because this is a non-centercutting end mill, use ramping or helical interpolation entry rather than direct axial plunge. Confirm runout with a dial indicator before beginning production cuts.
