The SGS 46357 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding shop environments. Built on the Z1M series platform, it features a 0.1181-inch (3.00 mm) cutting diameter and a 0.315-inch (8.00 mm) length of cut. The AlTiN coating provides heat and oxidation resistance during high-speed cutting operations. A variable helix and variable index geometry reduce harmonic vibration, improving surface finish and tool life in difficult materials. This tool is intended for use by machinists and CNC operators in production and job shop settings.
