The SGS 44869 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. Part of the SGS Series 43MR, it features a 14 mm mill diameter, a 30 mm length of cut, and a 2.00 mm (0.0787 inch) corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge and extends tool life. The 3-flute, single-end geometry with a high helix angle and coarse pitch promotes efficient chip evacuation during roughing operations. A TiB2 (Ti-NAMITE-B) coating further improves performance on non-ferrous materials such as aluminum and copper alloys.
