The SGS 43503 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking and machining applications. Built to Series 5XLM specifications, this extra-long tool features a 0.1575-inch cutting diameter, a 0.9843-inch length of cut, and a 3-flute spiral geometry with a 30-degree helix angle. The micrograin carbide construction provides the hardness and wear resistance needed for tight-tolerance work in harder materials. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction are standard on this configuration. Center-cutting capability allows for direct plunging as well as conventional peripheral milling operations.
