The SGS 39707 is a square end mill designed for precision metal removal in a wide range of machining applications. Ground from micrograin solid carbide and coated with Titanium Nitride (TiN), it delivers consistent edge life and dimensional accuracy. The 0.0625 inch cutting diameter pairs with a 0.1875 inch length of cut, making it well suited to slotting, profiling, and light pocketing in close-tolerance work. Three right-hand spiral flutes at a 30-degree helix angle promote chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The straight cylindrical shank measures 0.125 inches in diameter, and overall length is 1.5 inches. This end mill is centercutting, allowing plunge entry.
