The SGS 39151 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision material removal in CNC and manual milling operations. It carries a 13/32 inch (0.4063 inch) cutting diameter with a 1 inch length of cut and a 7/16 inch straight-cylindrical shank. The tool is finished with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, which increases surface hardness and wear resistance. Four spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle and variable index geometry promote chip evacuation and reduce chatter. Micrograin carbide substrate provides edge strength and dimensional stability across extended run times.
