The SGS 36375 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling of ferrous and hard materials. It features a 3/8-inch diameter, a 0.0100-inch corner radius, and four flutes arranged in a variable helix configuration between 35 and 38 degrees. The TX coating improves wear resistance and tool life in demanding cutting environments. With a 7/8-inch length of cut and a 2.5-inch overall length, this single-end tool is suited for both roughing and finishing passes. Licensed machinists and CNC operators working in job shops, aerospace, and general manufacturing will find this tool well matched to tight-tolerance applications.
This end mill is engineered for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium, as well as hard secondary workpiece materials. The ZPCR series designation indicates a corner radius profile, which improves edge strength and reduces chipping compared to a sharp square end. The straight-cylindrical 3/8-inch shank fits standard end mill toolholders used on vertical machining centers and CNC mills. It is a single-end tool intended for right-hand cutting with right-hand flute direction.

Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool changer is in a safe state before inserting or removing the end mill. Seat the shank fully in the toolholder and torque the retention mechanism to the toolholder manufacturer's specification. Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning a production cut, as excessive runout accelerates edge wear on carbide tooling.
