Product Description

The SGS 35675 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling of non-ferrous metals. It features a 3/8 inch diameter with a 0.01 inch corner radius and three right-hand helical flutes with a high helix angle of 38 degrees. The cutting edge measures 1/2 inch in length of cut, with a 3 inch overall length and a 3/8 inch straight cylindrical shank. A TiB2 (Ti-NAMITE-B) coating reduces friction and extends tool life in aluminum, brass, copper, and similar non-ferrous applications. This is a single-end, short-length tool built for roughing passes where edge integrity and chip evacuation matter.

This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where non-ferrous metal removal is the primary operation. It fits standard end mill holders with a 3/8 inch bore.
