The SGS 35608 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. Built to Series 43CR specifications, it features a 1/2 inch mill diameter, 1 inch length of cut, and a 0.12 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at the cutting edge. The three-flute, right-hand helical geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation at high helix angles. At 3 inches overall length with a 1/2 inch straight-cylindrical shank, this tool fits standard end mill holders and suits short-reach roughing operations where rigidity and surface finish both matter.

This end mill is suited for short-reach roughing passes on non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper, and brass.
