The SGS 35513 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling of non-ferrous metals and similar materials. It features a 5/8-inch cutting diameter, a 1-1/4-inch length of cut, and a 3-1/2-inch overall length. The four-flute, right-hand spiral configuration with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. A TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) coating adds surface hardness and reduces friction at the cutting edge. This tool is centercutting, allowing direct plunge entry into the workpiece. It belongs to SGS Series 54, a regular-length, straight-shank end mill line suited to general-purpose CNC and manual milling operations.
