The SGS 35504 is a 4-flute, solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in non-ferrous metal applications. It carries a TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) finish and features a right-hand cut with right-hand spiral flutes at a 30-degree helix angle. The centercutting geometry allows both peripheral and plunge cutting operations. With a 3/16 inch cutting diameter, 9/16 inch length of cut, and 2 inch overall length, this is a compact, rigid tool suited for light finishing passes and detail work in aluminum, copper, brass, and similar materials. Licensed machinists and CNC operators are the primary users.

This end mill is built for use in CNC machining centers and manual milling machines where non-ferrous materials are the primary workpiece. The straight-cylindrical shank seats cleanly in standard collet chucks and end mill holders sized for 3/16 inch shanks. Installation Notes

Installation and tool changes should be performed with the machine spindle fully powered down and locked. Seat the shank fully into the collet or holder and torque the retention hardware to the machine or toolholder manufacturer specification. Confirm runout with a dial indicator before beginning a production cut. Do not exceed the recommended depth of cut or feed rate for the workpiece material and machine setup.
