The SGS 35182 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance finishing operations in demanding machining environments. Built to Series 51CR specifications, this single-end tool features a 0.5 inch mill diameter, six flutes, and a 0.06 inch corner radius that reduces edge chipping and extends tool life on difficult materials. The TiN coating improves surface hardness and wear resistance. With a high helix geometry and variable index, it minimizes vibration and improves chip evacuation, making it a reliable choice for machinists working on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium in production or tool-room settings.
