The SGS 34862 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in non-ferrous metal applications. Built to Series 43 specifications, it features a 3/8 inch cutting diameter, a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, and three right-hand spiral flutes with a 38-degree helix angle. The TiB2 (titanium diboride) coating reduces friction and extends tool life in aluminum, copper, and other non-ferrous materials. The centercutting geometry allows both plunge and peripheral milling operations. Machinists and CNC operators in job shops and production environments rely on this tool for tight-tolerance work in light-alloy components.

This end mill is suited for milling operations on non-ferrous metals including aluminum alloys, brass, and copper. Its straight cylindrical shank fits standard 3/8 inch collets and tool holders.
