The SGS 34667 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-precision milling of non-ferrous metals and similar materials. With a 0.75-inch cutting diameter and a 1.625-inch length of cut, it delivers consistent, accurate results in slotting, profiling, and contouring operations. The TiB2 (titanium diboride) coating reduces friction and heat buildup, extending tool life in demanding cutting environments. Two spiral flutes with a 35-degree helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation. Centercutting geometry allows plunge entry. This tool is intended for use by machinists and CNC operators in production or job-shop environments.

The SGS 34667 is suited for milling non-ferrous metals including aluminum, copper, brass, and similar workpiece materials designated under material code N.
