The SGS 34631 is a solid carbide ball end mill designed for finishing operations in non-ferrous metal applications. It features a 0.1875 inch (3/16 inch) cutting diameter and a 0.5625 inch length of cut, with a 2 inch overall length and a matching 3/16 inch shank diameter. The two-flute, right-hand spiral design operates at a 35-degree helix angle, promoting efficient chip evacuation during light finishing passes. Manufactured from micrograin solid carbide in an uncoated finish, this is a single-end tool built for precision work on aluminum, brass, copper, and similar non-ferrous materials.
