The SGS 33469 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 0.5-inch cutting diameter, a 0.03-inch corner radius, and three flutes ground to a coarse pitch with a 38-degree helix angle. The TiB2 (titanium diboride) coating improves surface hardness and reduces built-up edge during aggressive cuts. With a 2-inch length of cut and 4-inch overall length, it is suited for medium-depth profiling and contouring operations on CNC machining centers and manual mills. Centercutting geometry allows plunge entry without a pre-drilled hole.
