The SGS 31220 is a double-end ball end mill designed for precision milling in demanding industrial and machining applications. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), it delivers hardness and heat resistance suitable for high-speed cutting. The cutter measures 0.0625 inches in diameter with a 0.125-inch length of cut, a 0.125-inch shank diameter, and a 1.5-inch overall length. The 4-flute, 30-degree right-hand helix geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. Installation Notes
