The SGS 30837 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in a wide range of metalworking applications. It features a 27/64 inch (0.4219 inch) cutting diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 7/16 inch straight-cylindrical shank. The 3-flute, spiral-flute geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. An AlTiN finish increases surface hardness and thermal resistance, extending tool life in demanding cuts. Micrograin carbide construction provides edge toughness across a variety of workpiece materials.
