The SGS 30776 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in a wide range of materials. It features a 3/32 inch (0.0938 inch) cutting diameter, a 9/32 inch (0.2813 inch) length of cut, and a 1/8 inch straight cylindrical shank. Overall length is 1-1/2 inches. The three-flute spiral design runs with a 30-degree helix angle and a TiCN coating for improved wear resistance and surface finish. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry, adding versatility to slotting, profiling, and pocket milling operations. This tool is manufactured from micrograin solid carbide stock.
