Manufactured from micrograin carbide, the 30599 holds tight tolerances and maintains edge integrity under high-speed conditions. The SGS 30599 is suited for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills across job shop, production, and die-mold environments. The AlTiN coating supports cutting in a broad range of workpiece materials, including hardened steels, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous alloys, high-temperature alloys, and plastics, corresponding to material codes H, K, M, N, P, and S. The 0.125 inch shank diameter fits standard ER collet systems and small-bore tool holders. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute geometry are standard for conventional CNC setups.
