The SGS 30549 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision material removal in milling operations. It features a 25/64 inch (0.3906 inch) cutting diameter with a 1 inch length of cut and a 2-3/4 inch overall length. Built from micrograin solid carbide, the 30549 delivers rigidity and wear resistance across a range of workpiece materials. The 30-degree spiral flute geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation, while the centercutting design allows plunge milling in addition to standard peripheral and slot milling.
