The SGS 07336 is a solid carbide circuit board drill bit designed for precision drilling in PCB fabrication and related electronic assembly operations. At 1.4 mm (0.0551 inches) in diameter, it features a 130-degree four-facet point geometry and a tapered web configuration that improves chip evacuation and reduces walking at entry. The 30-degree helix angle and regular spiral flute promote clean, consistent holes through demanding materials. At 1.5 inches overall length with a 0.125-inch (1/8-inch) shank, the bit fits standard drill chucks used in CNC and manual circuit board drilling equipment. It is uncoated and ground to a heavy-duty grade for dimensional accuracy.

This bit is suited for drilling circuit boards, fiber-reinforced polymers, plastics, and a range of metals including aluminum, copper alloy, stainless steel, titanium, cobalt alloy, cast iron, and nickel.
